The Quick and Easy 5-Step Process

Step 1

Submit Your Application

Complete a free application through our platform to determine if you’re a good fit for the program. It’s simple and only takes a few minutes.

Step 2

Choose Your Home

Once you’re approved, you’ll have access to our available rent-to-own homes. Pick the one that suits you best.

Step 3

Sign the Agreement

We’ll draft a rent-to-own agreement that includes details like the option fee, rent credits, and the terms of the eventual sale.

Step 4

Move In

After the agreement is signed, move into your new home! You can start building equity while renting.

Step 5

Become the Owner

At the end of the agreement, you have the option to buy the home, using your rent credits toward the purchase price. We strive to make the process straightforward and supportive, ensuring you’re one step closer to owning your home with each payment you make.
